Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and print (POS, web, social, OOH, leaflets), prepare print-ready artwork, create mockups, edit video, collaborate with marketing stakeholders, and maintain brand CI while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Manage daily QSR branch operations including cleaning schedules, food preparation and safety, packing orders, cash handling, till reconciliation, stock control, invoicing, and daily/weekly stocktakes to maintain quality and compliance.

Lead process-improvement and management-system implementation initiatives to reduce unit costs, increase throughput, and build/validate financial business cases (NPV, IRR, payback). Coordinate technical, operational, and business stakeholders, run post-project audits, and perform structural risk assessments on capital and operational assets.

Lead and scale Hungry Lion's Angola operation with full P&L ownership. Drive site selection and new store openings, manage supply chain and food safety (including cold chain), maintain brand standards, develop local leadership, and represent the company with authorities while coordinating with the South Africa hub.

Manage multi-country tax compliance and monthly reporting, perform commercial and store viability analysis, reconcile intercompany, payroll, bank and fixed asset accounts, and coordinate audits while maintaining IFRS/GAAP controls.

Design, build, and improve replenishment and automation systems for multi-country store networks. Analyze processes, implement validations and automation, support bespoke demand planning tools, standardize rules across markets, and monitor and iterate on solutions.
