Manage end-to-end employee mobility and immigration processes across the Group, including visas, work permits and expatriate administration. Provide generalist HR support to assigned countries during low mobility periods, liaise with authorities and vendors, maintain compliance and documentation, and identify opportunities to standardize and improve mobility processes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and systems integration projects across ERP, warehouse, procurement, POS and finance. Translate requirements into functional specs, manage integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and post-go-live support. Coordinate vendors, maintain PMO records on Monday.com, and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end replenishment for 500+ stores across multiple countries. Manage Demand Planning team, develop forecasting and inventory optimisation, own central ordering automation, monitor KPIs (availability, OOS, DIO, forecast accuracy, IBTs, OTIF), optimise replenishment parameters, use data analytics to reduce inventory/costs, collaborate with Procurement/Operations/Finance/IT/suppliers, and scale the function.

Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and print (POS, web, social, OOH, leaflets), prepare print-ready artwork, create mockups, edit video, collaborate with marketing stakeholders, and maintain brand CI while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Provide legal leadership for commercial contracts, IP and trademark management, litigation strategy, regulatory compliance (including POPIA), and corporate governance across South Africa and other African markets. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, manage external counsel, research legislation, and support dispute resolution to mitigate legal risk for the business.
