Your Impact:

As a Regional Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Mirakl’s leadership and growth in North America. You’ll own and implement a regional content strategy that positions Mirakl as the go-to expert in digital commerce innovation, supporting pipeline generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

What you will do at Mirakl:
  • Own and execute the regional content marketing strategy in alignment with Mirakl’s global brand, messaging, and business objectives.
  • Develop and localize content assets—including thought leadership pieces, articles, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, blog posts, and social media campaigns—that resonate with regional audiences and showcase Mirakl’s impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with regional business development, customer success, product marketing, and global content teams to ensure content supports pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer engagement.
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize content performance, report on key metrics, and continually refine strategies to maximize impact.
  • Stay current on regional market trends, digital commerce developments, and competitor activities to inform content planning and thought leadership.
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, digital commerce, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content for senior decision-makers (C-level, digital transformation leaders) in an executive tone of voice.
  • Experience developing content strategies tailored to local market needs within a global framework.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional, international teams.
  • Familiarity with marketplace, eCommerce, or platform business models strongly preferred.

We welcome collaborators with their diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward. These often far exceed conventional job requirements and help us create a culture of continuous learning. If you’re ready to join a hyper-growth company at the heart of digital transformation for the world’s most forward-thinking organizations, we strongly encourage you to apply to any of our roles, even if you think you’re not an exact match.
