Overview of the Position:
The Regional Account Director -- OEM is responsible for expanding Wencor's commercial footprint within Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sub-tier accounts. This role emphasizes strategic customer relationship development, sales growth, and collaboration across internal support functions to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The goal is to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
- Lead the development and execution of OEM customer growth strategies in collaboration with Account Managers, Product Management, and Business Development.
- Partner with OEM-focused Account Managers to ensure unified customer engagement and support.
- Develop a strong understanding of Wencor's Distribution portfolio and affiliated manufacturing partners.
- Proactively engage with current and prospective customers to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Champion customer advocacy by ensuring prompt issue resolution and seamless support.
- Represent Wencor in key customer meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Support initiatives to expand Wencor's Distribution network by identifying and cultivating potential supplier relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets and strategic growth objectives.
- Manage travel and entertainment expenses within company policy and budget guidelines.
