Manages relationships, contracts, and program execution for U.S. Government aviation customers. Coordinates MRO, modification, logistics, and aircraft support programs while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, FAA regulations, and contract requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance; preparing proposals and pricing packages; conducting customer briefings; resolving contract issues; identifying account-growth opportunities; maintaining CRM and ERP records; and supporting audits, negotiations, invoices, and funding modifications.
