The Recruitment Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to the recruitment team, with specialization in supporting Campus Recruiting. This role supports both experienced and early career hiring and plays a key role in assisting general recruiting activities throughout the year. The ideal candidate is highly professional, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Phone coverage (as needed)
- Calendar management
- Maintain a variety of reports as directed
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates to provide assessment information, interview details, etc.
- Attend campus recruiting events in the local area, including career fairs and information sessions as needed.
- Support campus recruiting marketing efforts, including coordination of materials, communications, and event logistics.
- Assist with planning and execution of summer intern programming, including onboarding support, events, and engagement activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Update recruitment systems with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Monitor the status of candidate applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
- Reliable, professional, and personable, with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support team needs.
- Experience supporting or coordinating campus recruiting activities, events, or early career hiring processes is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Education & Training:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
