The Employer brand associate will be responsible for working with the Talent marketing team to strengthen RSM’s employer brand in India and assist with employer brand initiatives globally. The position will execute the recruitment marketing strategy, tactics and deliverables to inform, engage and inspire candidates to position RSM as an employer of choice globally.
Essential Duties
Employer brand building
- Assist in building RSM’s employer brand in India and globally to attract and retain talent through various channels such as social media, web, recruiting channels and third-party platforms.
- Develop and maintain our brand across country-specific job boards, employer review sites, and other channels.
Recruitment marketing
- Execute content gathering to create compelling content for digital recruitment marketing campaigns, including employee-generated content and testimonials to showcase our culture, development opportunities and benefits that resonate with the intended audience.
- Maintain employee-generated video platform, creating genuine, compelling videos of employees for use on social, websites, job descriptions and campaigns.
- Attend local employee events and virtual events to capture content.
Analytics and reporting
- Track the content performance and continually identify improvement areas to improve communication processes, tools, and results
Leveraging technology
Actively explore opportunities and share ideas to continually improve processes, tools, and results by leveraging technology.
Stakeholder management
- Actively build relationships with team members and key stakeholders in India and the U.S.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Required bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields (post-graduates preferred)
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Requires:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across formats and channels with strong social media capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate hands-on with multiple stakeholders across global markets
EXPERIENCE
Requires:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in or digital marketing and employer branding building
- Experience working in a variety of marketing tools including social media marketing platforms, content management systems, project management and analytics tools
- Worked on managing agencies and in-house designers
- A self-starter with a collaborative attitude, digital mindset, and strong analytical skills.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from different sources
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
