Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, establishing a strong brand presence and enhancing market visibility across multiple markets (US, Singapore, Middle East, India).
- Lead and manage all areas of marketing, including brand marketing, social media marketing, partner and channel marketing, employee branding and messaging, product marketing, and customer communication.
- Work directly and very closely with the founder to understand the company's vision and values, and translate them into compelling brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy to enhance the company's online presence, engage with the target audience, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skill Set Required :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in marketing for startups is a strong plus.
- 4-8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of brand development, messaging, and social media marketing.
- Versatility and adaptability, with the ability to contribute to various areas of marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and an eagerness to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
