Your role:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless processes.
  • Support recruiters and hiring teams with administrative and operational tasks throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with employer branding activities and recruitment events.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative coordination (internship or full-time).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience with ATS tools is a plus.
  • Motivation to grow a career in recruitment and HR.
