THE ROLE:
Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.
As a Sports Events Scheduling Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our live sports operations, ensuring our in-play schedule is the most competitive and client-focused in the industry. This role blends strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-value sports content across multiple platforms. Your work directly impacts the quality and relevance of our live sports offerings. By curating the most engaging fixtures and maintaining operational excellence, you help elevate the client experience and strengthen our market position.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure smooth operations, maintain expert knowledge of live scheduling procedures, and provide insightful reports to support decision-making and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Language Proficiency – Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Tech Skills – Confident using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Power BI or other data analytics tool.
- Communication – Clear, effective communicator across teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability – Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and schedules.
- Detail-Oriented – High accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and data handling.
- Team Player & Independent Worker – Comfortable in both settings.
- Multitasking – Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
