Elderwood at Lancaster is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This is an onsite role located in Lancaster, NY.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who sees recruiting as more than managing requisitions.
This role is for someone who will actively build pipelines through consistent candidate outreach, creative follow-up, local community connections, and strong relationships with high schools to strengthen our Nurse Aide Trainee pipeline.
The right person will also understand that recruiting and retention start with relationships—from the first candidate interaction through their transition into a new employee.
