About The Role: Recruitment Coordinator at Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid:Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid is seeking an effective, detail-oriented, and process-driven Recruitment Coordinator to support our HR team.
Hiring in long-term care means more than just finding qualified candidates — it’s about building a team rooted in empathy, compassion, and quality care. As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our workforce, enhancing retention, and supporting a positive employee experience from day one.
What You’ll DoManage day-to-day recruitment for all positions at the facility
Lead the onboarding experience for new hires
Serve as a key point of contact for new and current staff
Assist with compliance and audit readiness (state surveys, internal audits, etc.)
Spearhead retention initiatives and develop creative ways to engage employees
Manage or assist with social media outreach and employer branding efforts
HR/recruitment or healthcare hiring experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Social media content creation/management is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms; ICIMS experience a plus
Comfortable with email platforms, shared drives, and virtual communication tools
