Our focus is getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. You will work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers in the APAC region.
What you'll do
Responsibilities will include:
- Devise sourcing strategies to build future pipeline of qualified candidates for roles in anticipation of future need
- Coordinate interviews as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Review inbound applications in Greenhouse and triage as appropriate
- Phone screen candidates and qualify against key requirements of the hiring team
- Partner with hiring managers and Recruiters to source diverse candidates, helping increase diversity at both the Individual Contributor and Manager levels
- Achieving quarterly targets for number of sourced candidates interviewed and hired
- Identify and flag any issues with the search or ideal candidate profile to the Recruiter and hiring manager
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
- Previous recruiting or market research experience
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
- Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
- Knowledge or experience of Boolean searching or LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous
