About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our go-to-market org. This is a great fit for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to specialize in GTM hiring and grow into a strategic talent partner for revenue-generating teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers, sharpen your sourcing and pipeline skills, and help build the teams that drive company growth.
What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers to build role scorecards, define hiring criteria, and set realistic hiring timelines
Source and manage active and passive candidates through our recruiting engine
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video screens to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
Coordinate and guide candidates through interview loops, ensuring a strong candidate experience at every step
Track pipeline metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, conversion rates) and report progress to hiring managers and leadership
Negotiate offers and manage the closing process alongside the Head of Talent
Continuously build talent pipelines and market maps for recurring GTM roles
Help refine and improve recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and employer branding for GTM functions
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house); experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or CS roles is a strong plus
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing
Comfort using an ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication skills — you can talk credibly with both candidates and hiring managers about GTM roles
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open reqs at once
A proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing — you don't wait for candidates to come to you
Data-driven mindset; comfortable tracking and reporting on pipeline metrics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
Understanding of common GTM career paths and comp structures (e.g., OTE, quota structures)
Experience building or improving structured interview processes
