Job Summary

The LATAM Recruiter delivers full-cycle recruitment services across Latin America, supporting Manufacturing and Commercial organizations. This role partners with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with regional business needs. The Recruiter serves as a trusted talent partner by leveraging market insights, strategic sourcing, and proactive talent pipelines to support organizational growth. This role supports recruitment efforts for Manufacturing and Commercial operations in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for manager- and professional-level positions across LATAM.

  • Develop and execute effective search strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Source candidates through proactive networking, internet research, direct outreach, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.

  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and behavioral interviews/assessments.

  • Present qualified candidates, recommendations, and hiring insights to hiring managers.

Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, timelines, candidate profiles, and expectations.

  • Maintain transparent, proactive, and agile communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Benefits, and other support functions to deliver seamless hiring outcomes.

  • Advice hiring managers on talent market intelligence and recruitment best practices.

Offer Management

  • Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams to develop competitive offer recommendations.

  • Participate in offer presentations, negotiations, and closing activities.

Talent Pipelining and Market Intelligence 

  • Build and maintain professional networks, talent communities, and community partnerships.

  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, industry trends, and labor market conditions.

  • Translate market insights into effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.

Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience and Employer Branding

  • Deliver a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Respond promptly and proactively to candidate and hiring manager questions or concerns.

  • Communicate and promote the organization’s employee value proposition, career opportunities, and culture through social media and other professional networks.

  • Support regional employer-branding initiatives, including Top Employer programs, to attract qualified and diverse talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Brazilian Portuguese proficiency is preferred.

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years supporting recruitment in LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, or Costa Rica preferred).

  • Knowledge of LATAM labor markets, employment practices, local labor laws, and cultural considerations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, Taleo, or similar platforms.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and recruitment priorities.

  • Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships across organizational levels and functions.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.

  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) preferred

  • Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies (AIRS) certification preferred
