Zeta helps enterprise brands connect customer data, intelligence and activation to create better customer experiences and measurable growth.
Founded in 2007 by David A. Steinberg and John Sculley, Zeta brings together proprietary AI, data and marketing capabilities in a single platform, helping CMOs simplify the complexities of modern marketing and make smarter business decisions.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Seller to win new customers for Zeta Marketing Platform in the UK. Reporting to the GVP Enterprise Sales, this is a senior, quota-carrying individual-contributor role, focused on personally originating, developing and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
You will build credible relationships with senior marketing, technology and business leaders, understand their commercial priorities, and position Zeta as a strategic partner. You will own your opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature, working closely with colleagues across the business.
The focus is new-logo acquisition rather than expansion within existing customer accounts. You will be expected to generate your own opportunities as well as develop inbound and team-generated leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, prioritising prospective customers that align with Zeta’s ideal customer profile.
- Originate new pipeline through account research, direct outreach, executive engagement and partner relationships, while qualifying and developing inbound opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers. Map buying committees, cultivate champions and engage Zeta executives to strengthen access and alignment.
- Lead consultative discovery to understand business priorities, customer engagement needs and commercial objectives, building a clear case for return on investment and long-term value.
- Work with Solutions Consulting and subject-matter experts to shape integrated software and services proposals, lead solution validation and develop clear Opportunity Briefs.
- Own the full sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, proposals, scoping, pricing and contract negotiations, coordinating the right internal expertise throughout.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline sufficient to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with accurate forecasts and up-to-date opportunity information.
- Partner with customer success and delivery colleagues on a clear handover after signature, ensuring customer expectations, agreed outcomes and commitments are understood.
Experience and Education Requirements
- At least six years of high-value enterprise software sales experience, with a proven record of personally originating and closing new business.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quota, manage complex sales cycles and forecast accurately.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions with a significant services component to enterprise marketing and technology teams.
- Strong consultative, value-based selling skills, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to commercial outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentations and product demonstrations, with the ability to discuss MarTech and technical topics credibly.
- Experience collaborating across internal teams and using strategic external partner relationships to progress opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
Ten years of enterprise MarTech or CEP sales experience is preferred. Relevant platform experience includes Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP), business intelligence and analytics, omnichannel orchestration, web and email personalisation, or other platforms focused on improving customer experience.
Experience selling into retail, financial services, travel or high technology, and working in a fast-paced, growing company, is also valuable.
Why Join Zeta?
You will work on strategic enterprise opportunities within a collaborative sales environment, partnering with colleagues across Zeta to solve complex customer challenges. The role offers access to personalised training and career-development.

Zeta Global Compensation & Benefits Highlights
How does Zeta Global ensure its pay and bonus plans are competitive?
Zeta Global supports competitive compensation through a mix of base pay, equity, performance incentives, financial benefits and employee feedback-informed rewards. The company’s total rewards approach connects compensation with ownership, financial planning and benefits that support employees’ broader well-being.
- Competitive pay and incentives: Zeta lists competitive pay, equity, performance bonuses and an employee stock purchase plan as part of its compensation and total rewards offerings. Employees also describe compensation as a strength. A software engineer said Zeta offers “good compensation,” “best appraisals and pay raise” and a “supportive work environment,” while a director cited “compensation” as one of the strengths of the company.
- Equity and ownership: Zeta offers company equity and an employee stock purchase plan, giving employees ways to participate in the company’s growth. Its broader financial benefits also include a 401(k) with company match, monthly financial workshops, commuter benefits and insurance coverage, reinforcing compensation as part of a larger financial wellness package.
- Performance-oriented rewards: Employee reviews describe Zeta’s compensation as tied to performance and growth. One employee said, “Zeta pays well,” while another said compensation is “within industry range and revised every year.” A finance analyst cited “great incentives,” and a director described Zeta as a place to “shape your career” with room to move up. (Comparably; Glassdoor reviews; Indeed reviews)
- Benefits that strengthen total rewards: Zeta’s rewards package extends beyond pay through health, dental and vision insurance, mental health benefits, pet insurance, flexible time off, parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility and family-building support, travel assistance for reproductive health procedures, volunteer days and wellness resources. The company also says it uses wellness surveys and employee feedback to shape benefits updates, including expanded parental leave and adoption assistance.
- External signals:
- Compensation sentiment: Employees on external review sites describe Zeta’s compensation as “good,” “great” and competitive, with reviews citing pay raises, incentives, benefits and performance-based earning potential. (Glassdoor reviews; Indeed reviews; Comparably)
- Benefits signals: External profile data lists company equity, performance bonuses, an employee stock purchase plan and a home-office stipend for remote employees.
- Financial wellness: Zeta’s benefits include 401(k) matching, financial workshops, insurance coverage and employee stock purchase participation.
Bottom line: Zeta Global’s compensation approach combines competitive pay, performance incentives, equity, stock purchase access and broad benefits, giving employees both near-term rewards and longer-term financial participation in the company’s growth.
