Zeta helps enterprise brands connect customer data, intelligence and activation to create better customer experiences and measurable growth.
We are investing in the UK as a priority growth market and are looking for a commercially minded Product Marketing leader to translate Zeta’s capabilities into compelling propositions for UK enterprise customers, prospects and partners.
You will own the UK messaging, value propositions, competitive insight, and sales and partner enablement that support strategic customer expansion and selective enterprise new-logo growth. Your focus will be making it clear why Zeta, why now and how our capabilities address the priorities of complex enterprise brands, both directly and alongside our partners.
Reporting into Global Marketing and working closely with the President, UK, you will connect global product marketing strategy with local customer needs, partner opportunities and commercial priorities.
You will partner particularly closely with the GVP, Customer Growth, the GVP, Enterprise Sales, Key Account Directors (Impact Partners), Solutions Consulting, Product, UK Marketing and our partner ecosystem to ensure a consistent and differentiated approach to market.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution, can translate complex technology into clear customer value and enjoys building in a developing market.
Key Responsibilities
UK Positioning and Value Propositions
Translate Zeta’s global positioning into clear, differentiated messaging for the UK enterprise market, maintaining a consistent brand narrative while addressing local customer priorities and buying considerations.
Develop value propositions that connect customer data, intelligence and activation to business outcomes.
Build messaging for priority sectors, use cases and buying committees, including senior marketing, technology, data and business audiences.
Bring Zeta’s portfolio together into a coherent customer story, helping buyers understand how relevant capabilities work together, where to begin and how Zeta can complement their existing technology investments and partner ecosystem.
Ensure UK messaging accurately reflects product availability, deployment requirements and approved product claims.
Customer, Partner and Market Insight
Build a strong understanding of UK enterprise customer needs, buying behaviour, competitive alternatives, partner dynamics and barriers to adoption.
Gather insight through customer and partner conversations, account planning, sales engagements and win-loss reviews. Translate this insight into practical recommendations for messaging, propositions, enablement and go-to-market priorities.
Develop and maintain competitive positioning, battlecards and objection-handling materials. Help commercial teams articulate meaningful differentiation against established marketing clouds, customer engagement platforms and specialist providers.
Represent the UK customer, partner and market perspective in Global Product Marketing and Product discussions, bringing evidence of commercial opportunities, recurring customer needs and competitive gaps.
Strategic Customer Growth and Enterprise Sales
Partner with the GVP, Customer Growth, the GVP, Enterprise Sales and Key Account Directors (Impact Partners) to develop propositions that support customer retention, expansion, broader adoption of Zeta’s capabilities and selective enterprise new-logo growth.
Translate strategic account priorities and commercial opportunities into clear customer narratives, use cases and value propositions.
Help teams explain how relevant Zeta capabilities can address customer priorities, complement existing investments and deliver measurable business value.
Develop value-led messaging for appropriate adoption of and upgrades to the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), working with Product and Solutions Consulting to ensure technical and product accuracy.
Support strategic account workshops, executive conversations and priority opportunities with tailored narratives, customer proof, competitive differentiation and relevant use cases.
Enterprise Sales and Customer Growth Enablement
Equip Customer Growth, Enterprise Sales, Key Account Directors (Impact Partners) and Solutions Consulting with the messaging and tools required to engage complex enterprise buying committees.
Create and maintain UK-relevant sales presentations, solution narratives, use-case briefs, competitive materials, objection-handling guides and customer-facing content.
Develop business-value frameworks that help commercial teams connect Zeta’s capabilities to customer objectives and measurable outcomes.
Work with Solutions Consulting to align sales narratives and demonstration storylines. Contribute differentiated messaging to priority proposals, expansion opportunities and competitive pursuits, including opportunities pursued jointly with partners.
Deliver practical enablement sessions and gather feedback from the field. Ensure materials are current, accessible and actively used, refining them based on customer response and commercial team needs.
Partner Propositions and Enablement
Work with UK leadership and the teams responsible for partner relationships to develop compelling joint propositions with priority agencies, agency groups, consultancies, systems integrators and technology partners.
Define how Zeta’s capabilities and partner expertise work together to address specific customer needs. Develop sector-specific and use-case-led narratives that clearly explain the value of the combined offering.
Create partner-facing presentations, solution briefs, use cases, competitive guidance and enablement materials. Help partner teams understand where Zeta fits, which customer opportunities are most relevant and how to communicate our differentiated value.
Support joint go-to-market and co-selling activity by equipping Zeta and partner teams with consistent messaging, customer proof and clear solution narratives.
Work with Product and Solutions Consulting to ensure claims about integrations, interoperability and delivery are accurate.
Partner with UK Marketing on propositions and content for joint campaigns, events, workshops and customer programmes aligned to agreed partnership and commercial priorities.
UK Go-to-Market and Launch Readiness
Lead UK Product Marketing planning for relevant launches, capability introductions and proposition updates, in partnership with Global Product Marketing, Product and UK leadership.
Define target audiences, priority use cases, positioning, customer value and the sales and partner enablement required to bring each proposition to market effectively.
Coordinate messaging and commercial readiness with the teams responsible for product availability, implementation and delivery.
Ensure customer-facing and partner-facing communications distinguish clearly between capabilities available today and approved future plans.
Provide evidence-based input into UK product priorities, highlighting where customer demand, strategic account opportunities, partner opportunities and competitive requirements support investment.
Partner with Product on accurate roadmap communications without creating unapproved customer commitments.
ABM, Customer Marketing and Market Development
Partner closely with the VP, ABM & Customer Marketing, UK and UK Field Marketing to turn product, customer, competitive and partner insight into relevant account-based programmes.
Provide the propositions, sector narratives, use cases, competitive differentiation and content that underpin customer expansion campaigns, executive engagement, targeted prospecting and field activity.
Partner with Customer Marketing, Global Communications and relevant partners to develop customer stories and proof points that demonstrate differentiated value.
Translate customer success into credible material for sales conversations, executive thought leadership, partner activity and broader market-facing programmes.
Ensure local content builds on Global Marketing capabilities wherever possible, adapting and extending existing assets rather than unnecessarily duplicating work.
What You Will Bring
- Significant Product Marketing experience within SaaS, MarTech, customer engagement, data platforms or adjacent enterprise technology.
- A track record of developing differentiated positioning and propositions for complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong commercial understanding, with experience supporting both existing-customer growth and enterprise new-logo sales.
- Experience working with complex buying committees and translating technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Experience developing joint propositions, partner enablement or go-to-market programmes with agencies, consultancies, systems integrators or technology partners.
- Strong competitive intelligence and market-analysis capability, including experience using customer insight, field feedback and win-loss analysis.
- A track record of creating sales and partner enablement that commercial teams actively use.
- Experience supporting product or proposition launches across multiple functions.
- Excellent writing, presentation and executive communication skills.
- Experience working within a global organisation while addressing local market requirements.
- Strong understanding of the UK enterprise technology buying environment.
- The ability to influence effectively across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Growth, Partnerships and customer-facing teams.
How You Work
You start with the customer’s priorities, not a list of product features. You ask thoughtful questions, challenge unclear claims and make complex ideas easy to understand.
You are commercially minded and comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on delivery. You can shape a proposition, write the presentation, deliver the enablement and join a customer or partner conversation to understand whether the message resonates.
You understand that strong Product Marketing sits at the intersection of customer need, product capability, competitive differentiation and commercial opportunity.
You also understand that a strong partner proposition must explain the value of working together, not simply place two logos on a presentation.
You build trusted relationships across functions and influence through insight, clarity and collaboration. You balance local relevance with global consistency and prioritise the work most likely to improve customer understanding and commercial outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be demonstrated through:
- Clear, differentiated UK positioning and value propositions consistently used across customer, prospect and partner engagements.
- Strong adoption of Product Marketing materials and enablement by Customer Growth, Enterprise Sales, Key Account Directors (Impact Partners), Solutions Consulting and relevant partner teams.
- More effective customer expansion, platform adoption and new-logo conversations supported by relevant use cases, competitive insight and customer proof.
- Compelling partner propositions that support joint go-to-market activity, co-selling and qualified commercial opportunities.
- Stronger competitive positioning in priority enterprise opportunities.
- Well-coordinated UK launches and communications that accurately reflect available capabilities and approved delivery plans.
- A consistent flow of UK customer, partner, competitive and market insight into Global Product Marketing and Product decisions.
- Demonstrable Product Marketing contribution to customer growth, opportunity progression and UK commercial performance.
This is an opportunity to shape how Zeta’s value is understood in the UK, connecting the capabilities of a global organisation and its partner ecosystem with the priorities of enterprise customers and the needs of a growing commercial team.

Zeta Global Compensation & Benefits Highlights
How does Zeta Global ensure its pay and bonus plans are competitive?
Zeta Global supports competitive compensation through a mix of base pay, equity, performance incentives, financial benefits and employee feedback-informed rewards. The company’s total rewards approach connects compensation with ownership, financial planning and benefits that support employees’ broader well-being.
- Competitive pay and incentives: Zeta lists competitive pay, equity, performance bonuses and an employee stock purchase plan as part of its compensation and total rewards offerings. Employees also describe compensation as a strength. A software engineer said Zeta offers “good compensation,” “best appraisals and pay raise” and a “supportive work environment,” while a director cited “compensation” as one of the strengths of the company.
- Equity and ownership: Zeta offers company equity and an employee stock purchase plan, giving employees ways to participate in the company’s growth. Its broader financial benefits also include a 401(k) with company match, monthly financial workshops, commuter benefits and insurance coverage, reinforcing compensation as part of a larger financial wellness package.
- Performance-oriented rewards: Employee reviews describe Zeta’s compensation as tied to performance and growth. One employee said, “Zeta pays well,” while another said compensation is “within industry range and revised every year.” A finance analyst cited “great incentives,” and a director described Zeta as a place to “shape your career” with room to move up. (Comparably; Glassdoor reviews; Indeed reviews)
- Benefits that strengthen total rewards: Zeta’s rewards package extends beyond pay through health, dental and vision insurance, mental health benefits, pet insurance, flexible time off, parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility and family-building support, travel assistance for reproductive health procedures, volunteer days and wellness resources. The company also says it uses wellness surveys and employee feedback to shape benefits updates, including expanded parental leave and adoption assistance.
- External signals:
- Compensation sentiment: Employees on external review sites describe Zeta’s compensation as “good,” “great” and competitive, with reviews citing pay raises, incentives, benefits and performance-based earning potential. (Glassdoor reviews; Indeed reviews; Comparably)
- Benefits signals: External profile data lists company equity, performance bonuses, an employee stock purchase plan and a home-office stipend for remote employees.
- Financial wellness: Zeta’s benefits include 401(k) matching, financial workshops, insurance coverage and employee stock purchase participation.
Bottom line: Zeta Global’s compensation approach combines competitive pay, performance incentives, equity, stock purchase access and broad benefits, giving employees both near-term rewards and longer-term financial participation in the company’s growth.
