Recreation Supervisor

We are seeking a lady or gentlemen whose primary responsibility is to supervise the Pool beach and Watersports teams ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel’s standards and guest needs are satisfied. Plus coordinate the distribution and collection of towels, beach chairs, cabanas, and recreational activities for guests. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the pool and beach areas and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. The ideal candidate will have:

· Minimum two years’ experience of supervising a pool/beach/watersports services or similar environment team.

· Experience working in a luxury resort.

· Excellent guest service and communication skills.

· Enjoying working outside in all weather conditions.

· Strong swimmer with (Lifeguard certification and CPR certified a plus).

· Over 25 years of age with a clean driving license.

· Preferred experience of using Micros, Opera and Microsoft Office.

· High level of attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.

· Ability to lift 50lbs

· Preferable boat handling experience or license.

· Previous experience in teaching various watersports activities such as sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling a plus.

· Knowledge of local maritime laws all a plus
