About You:
The ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong initiative. You have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving, and prioritizing workloads, and bring experience from a hospitality or fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What Will You do?

  • Greet and assist all visitors, guests, and staff in a warm and professional manner, serving as the welcoming face of Onni.

  • Support the existing Receptionist with front desk coverage, incoming calls, and directing inquiries.

  • Open, stamp, sort, and distribute all incoming mail and faxes to recipients in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all outgoing mail is sent out daily with sufficient postage.

  • Monitor courier request forms and arrange for courier pick-up and drop-off.

  • Maintain the mail room and supplies.

  • Prepare labels, letters, file folders, or any other correspondence as required.

  • Photocopy, bind, or fax documents as required.

  • Ensure the coffee bar and kitchen area are functional and tidy.

  • Ensure photocopiers are stocked with paper throughout the day and monitor toners.

  • Ensure meeting rooms, boardrooms, lobby, hallway, and lunchroom are tidy at all times.

  • Ensure supply areas are organized.

  • Monitor ticketing system, execute tasks as assigned, and log internal/external notes.

  • Assist Office Manager and Receptionist with miscellaneous tasks.

  • Perform all other receptionist and general office duties as required.

Hours of work:
M–F 8:00 am–5:00 pm
What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in a hospitality, reception, or fast-paced customer-facing role; hotel front desk, restaurant, or events background is a strong asset.

  • Excellent work ethic and professional presentation.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.

  • High learning aptitude.

  • Collaborative team player who also works well independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, and Excel.




Salary Range:

$45,000 - $52,000 Per Year
