Develops the accounting team and partners with IT and Enterprise Systems to modernize processes using Yardi Voyager, Power BI, Azure Data Lake, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools. Manages external auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships while driving process re-engineering and leadership development.

Operates, maintains, inspects, and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems in a Class A office building. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, monitors building automation alarms, responds to emergencies and tenant service requests, manages maintenance records and inventory, and conducts daily spa and pool chemical testing. The role also supports safety compliance, system troubleshooting, and building efficiency improvements.

Manage formwork construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include developing schedules, reviewing critical paths, coordinating subcontractors and resources, overseeing tendering and contract administration, managing project documentation, resolving issues, tracking changes and costs, and ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and drawing requirements.

Work across venture creation and company building: research markets, validate ideas, build financial models and prototypes, define product specs and roadmaps, run pilots, support launches, track metrics, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Support full transaction lifecycle for buy-and-build investments: build LBO/DCF/operating models, screen opportunities, run diligence, draft investment memos, support execution and post-close portfolio reporting, and quantify value creation across portfolio companies.

Lead digital strategy for a portfolio of hotels and restaurants to drive direct bookings and guest acquisition. Manage paid media (Google, Meta, display, metasearch), website/CRO, SEO, booking engine merchandising, analytics (GA4/GTM/Looker Studio), reporting, reputation management, agency/vendor relationships, and build an in-house digital marketing team.

Support construction site safety through inspections, incident investigations, training coordination, documentation, safety walks, contractor compliance, emergency planning, and ensuring OSHA/CALOSHA recordkeeping and corrective actions are completed.

Drive strategic growth across all CapWest divisions by identifying and securing new business, managing client and First Nations relationships, overseeing lead and proposal pipelines, coordinating internal teams for pursuits, and reporting on forecasts across government, institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
