Provide onsite sales center support for project launches: greet the public, manage daily sales center operations, handle contracts and inventory, give market feedback, participate in sales/marketing sessions, and assist with property sales launches.

Coordinate land and zoning approvals, manage budgets and invoices for land development projects, and support real estate development teams and outside consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain and optimize Workday modules, manage integrations, develop custom reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity and security, support implementations and updates, provide training and stakeholder support to drive HR process improvements.

Lead procurement for multifamily development and property management: develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, oversee full procurement lifecycle, track spend and savings, supervise staff, and ensure compliance and accurate ERP/PO/invoice processing.

Perform market research and identify acquisition opportunities; conduct financial feasibility, proforma and due diligence analyses; support transactions including proposals, contracts, negotiations, and consultant procurement; manage broker and municipal relationships; handle acquisition documentation and administrative correspondence.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: generate and validate invoices, apply payments, monitor aging, perform collections, reconcile AR, support month-end close, and improve billing processes while working with internal teams and ERP systems.

Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support to President, CFO and COO. Manage executive calendars, global travel and household logistics, prepare correspondence and meeting materials, track contracts and expenses, coordinate maintenance and events, and handle confidential projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Lead and supervise crews of electricians on construction projects: plan and schedule labour and materials, interpret drawings, install and test electrical systems, enforce safety and quality, coordinate trades, manage documentation, mentor apprentices, and assist with commissioning and turnover.

Lead and manage multiple commercial interior renovation projects: schedule and coordinate subcontractors, review designs and contracts, control costs and quality, enforce safety, manage site logistics, and communicate with tenants and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

Manage and execute banquet and event operations, ensuring BEO compliance, coordinating with Culinary, supervising FOH staff, handling vendor relations, inventory, payroll/service charge distribution, and ensuring health and safety. Support Dialtone and other F&B outlets as directed, including staffing, training, and event logistics.

Manage and optimize the companys Workday system: configure modules, maintain security and integrations, develop reports/dashboards, ensure data integrity and compliance, support updates and user training, and collaborate with HR and vendors to improve processes.
