The role monitors alerts, coordinates vendors and escalations, maintains ticket documentation, contributes to knowledge resources, delivers customer service, and participates in on-call rotations.

Coordinate and execute residential and hospitality marketing projects including branding, brochures, digital and direct-mail campaigns, website and application maintenance, copywriting, vendor coordination, CRM communications, media planning/buying, event support, and creative development of sales materials.

Work across venture creation and company building: research markets, validate ideas, build financial models and prototypes, define product specs and roadmaps, run pilots, support launches, track metrics, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Contribute to investment evaluations and hand off validated prototypes for production.

Support full transaction lifecycle for buy-and-build investments: build LBO/DCF/operating models, screen opportunities, run diligence, draft investment memos, support execution and post-close portfolio reporting, and quantify value creation across portfolio companies.

Perform equity research focused on mining and resource companies: build and maintain DCF, comparables, and scenario models; monitor macro, commodity, and regulatory developments; generate investment ideas and written reports; track KPIs and commodity trends; and collaborate with portfolio managers to develop sector strategies and identify risks.

Lead and own Onni Capital's public brand, website, PR, events, and marketing services line. Build and manage a small creative team, run brand launch and recurring events, sell and deliver marketing services to portfolio companies, and create repeatable operating systems, project plans, and reporting tied to commercial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end video and photo production and manage the monthly content calendar, vendors, budgets, and marketing operations. Produce and edit video/photo assets (Premiere, Lightroom, AI tools), storyboard shoots, manage Asana tasks, prepare work orders/POs, enforce asset file management, and coordinate with marketing managers to deliver on-brand social and web content.

Build and lead a technology consulting practice: design operating infrastructure, set rates, own P&L, win external clients, and deliver AI and technology engagements end-to-end while training junior analysts and documenting methodology.

Lead social strategy and execution across Onni Capital and select portfolio companies: build and run channels on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X; turn long-form content into short-form; edit video; write human-sounding copy; manage community and creator partnerships; measure and report on inbound outcomes like deal flow, event attendance, and hiring.

Lead fund and portfolio accounting, treasury, FP&A, tax/compliance, and transaction accounting. Build in-house fund accounting and reporting systems, manage audits, valuations, cash forecasting, controls, and accounting for newly formed operating companies. Manage one accountant and automate reporting to scale the function without proportional headcount growth.

Manage month-end close across multiple entities: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, AP/AR, tax filings, fixed assets, and audit-ready working papers. Automate accounting tasks with modern AI and tooling, support new entity setups and investor reporting, and maintain accurate ledgers and intercompany balances.

Work with operators and internal teams to discover high-impact problems, rapidly build AI-assisted prototypes (using Claude Code), run pilots, measure adoption and business impact, and hand validated products to engineering for production. Own product outcomes from discovery through launch and early adoption, with strong emphasis on shipping, iteration, and commercial judgment.

Design, run, and scale a 12-week venture studio program: recruit cohorts, manage mentors, logistics, demo day, and track outcomes. Source and diligence direct venture investments, support term sheets and portfolio monitoring, and build pipeline between studio, Onni operating businesses, and portfolio roles. Represent Onni in the local ecosystem, document processes, and improve the programme each cycle.

Lead and unify corporate marketing across hospitality, residential, retail, and F&B. Own brand strategy, enterprise budget, martech adoption (AI, CRM, automation), social and video strategy, and build a centralized, high-volume content engine while hiring and managing divisional marketing leaders and external partners.

Lead and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, conversion tracking (GTM/pixels), A/B tests, SEO audits, reporting (GA4, Looker), and AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers across Hospitality and Residential, optimize performance, build dashboards, and support ad asset briefs and stakeholder requests.

Lead procurement and contracting for development and property operations: develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, oversee purchase-to-pay lifecycle, track spend and savings, ensure compliance, supervise procurement staff, and manage procurement/ERP platforms.
