Provides staff and clients with a broad range of services (filing, scanning, and mail processing) Performs other duties as needed to meet the Agency’s goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:
Answer the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner Scan and file as needed Assist clients as needed Receive Mail, Open, Scan and Process Daily Assist with Weekly Inventory, Purchasing and Lunch Planning Maintain Kitchen to ensure Cleanliness Assist Service Team with Flood Determinations & Policy Downloads & Other Tasks as needed Assist with compilation of information for Special Projects
