UTA is seeking a professional, service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is committed to delivering a seamless, welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day office operations. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $22 per hour.

What You Will Do

  • Greet clients, guests, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional first impression

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized, polished reception area

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and discretion

  • Coordinate visitor check-ins, maintain visitor logs, and adhere to company security protocols

  • Schedule meetings, manage conference room reservations, and provide administrative support across departments

  • Assist with office meetings and special events to ensure a seamless guest experience

  • Prepare correspondence, maintain records, and perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Distribute employee access badges, mail, and packages, and support daily office operations

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of service

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment

What You Will Need

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, hostess, administrative assistant, or in a related role preferred

  • Experience interacting with high-profile clients, executives, talent, or guests in a hospitality, entertainment, agency, or corporate environment is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
