UTA is seeking a professional, service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is committed to delivering a seamless, welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day office operations. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $22 per hour.
What You Will Do
Greet clients, guests, and employees, creating a welcoming and professional first impression
Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized, polished reception area
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate visitor check-ins, maintain visitor logs, and adhere to company security protocols
Schedule meetings, manage conference room reservations, and provide administrative support across departments
Assist with office meetings and special events to ensure a seamless guest experience
Prepare correspondence, maintain records, and perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Distribute employee access badges, mail, and packages, and support daily office operations
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of service
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment
What You Will Need
1+ year of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
Previous experience as a receptionist, hostess, administrative assistant, or in a related role preferred
Experience interacting with high-profile clients, executives, talent, or guests in a hospitality, entertainment, agency, or corporate environment is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
