About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson's Real Estate team and support the management of workplaces across multiple business locations. You'll gain exposure to portfolio planning, workplace operations, financial performance, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders across the organization.
What you will do:
  • Support portfolio management activities and location strategy analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and upcoming workplace needs
  • Monitor portfolio and operational performance against budgets and plans
  • Support the development and communication of workplace and location strategies
  • Contribute to the oversight of physical security and workplace compliance requirements
  • Review workplace services and vendor performance, identifying opportunities for service and cost improvements
  • Analyze workplace experience feedback and support actions that enhance employee experience
  • Support day-to-day workplace and operational activities across the portfolio

Who you are:
  • We are looking for individuals with strong potential who are excited to learn, solve problems, and make an impact.
  • Currently enrolled in University doing a Degree or Masters program
  • Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or a related field
  • Interested in workplace strategy, business operations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and presentations
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
