We offer an exciting opportunity for students to join our team as a RAN (Radio Access Network) Technical Support Professional. As a member of our Technical Support Organization, you will be supporting the newest technologies and products developed at Ericsson and contributing to our digitalization journey. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
As an intern you will:
- Deep dive into mobile network solutions and topology of 4G and 5G generation, gain experience in Radio Access Network domain.
- Learn and apply SW troubleshooting methodologies across different nodes of RAN system.
- Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team to support investigations and analyses of customer issues.
- Perform fault reproduction and handle configurations in Ericsson's environment, gaining a deep understanding of RAN SW architecture and its connection to 3GPP standards.
- Support our digitalization efforts by exploring and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This role is designed to help you build a strong foundation in ICT sector and in product support engineering. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and have numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.

Technical Skills:
- Student status in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Understands the basics of the software development lifecycle, version control (e.g. Git) and scripting (e.g., Python).
- Programming skills (e.g. C, C++).
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- First experience using AI tools in programming or testing (e.g. code assistants, log analyzers, or similar).
- Good speaking and writing skills in English.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- High ethics and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well with people and network effectively.
