Purpose: Our R&D department, responsible for developing the company's next-generation products through innovative technologies, is seeking a highly skilled R&D Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and oversee the research and development of new products.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful development and worldwide launch of cutting-edge medical device products.
You will be responsible for:
Lead the development of complex technical product, and manage a multi-disciplinary team including Software Engineers, System Integrators, and STE.
Manage relationships with contractors and collaborate across various functions within the organization.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring efficient execution aligned with upcoming milestones.
Communicate project status, business opportunities, and challenges to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all relevant regulations and laws.
Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to advance project milestones such as submissions and regional launches.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project/technical leadership experience
Experience managing multidisciplinary systems; experience in medical device development is a significant advantage.
Experience leading development processes from conception through to product delivery.
In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Strong decision-making capabilities, especially under uncertainty.
