About you:
Hibob is looking to add a new team member to it`s fast-growing legal department!
We are seeking for an experienced corporate & compliance counsel to work as part of our global team - negotiate and execute various corporate documents, including Board and Shareholders, M&A`s, banking, finance and various required filings .

In this challenging position, you will partner with various stakeholders internal and external providing guidance, support and leadership to cross-functional teams worldwide about various legal matters.
Job Requirements
- Law degree from a top academic institute
- Certified Lawyer with an active bar membership
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience as a corporate lawyer in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a major law firm
- Excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical skills, and commercial transactions experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
- Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and days
- Ability to work effectively remotely
- Excellent English
Job Responsibilities
- Join our fast growing global legal team.
- Work directly with Hibob's various departments;
- Work closely with various senior management members;
- Support corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder materials, and support equity management, including employee equity plans and relatedcap table matters.
- Advise on corporate transactions, including financings, M&A, and strategic partnerships
- Remain current on applicable laws and regulations surrounding corporate laws;
- Support all compliance matters, Assist in developing, maintaining and communicating internal policies (code of conduct, anti-bribery, sanctions/export etc.).
- Support and advice on a wide variety of general legal matters throughout the different departments
- Work with the relevant regulators & authorities
