Quality Trainee
About the role
As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will be part of the quality team within the commercial business Romania and Moldova to ensure that the mandated Haleon Quality Management Systems requirements for commercial operating units are met.
Role Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery on time and in agreed parameters of the projects established with the direct manager.

Participates in organizing and preparing various actions (internal and external) within the department.
-
Suggests ideas for improvement and actively contributes to projects and actions within the department, and other than those directly assigned.

Collaborates with other departments to communicate, clarify new processes and or improve existing departmental processes.
-
Ensure the completion of local complaints in complaints system and give the support to close in time according to the procedure.

Monitor and complete monthly KPI Dashboard according to Quality Processes Records.

Check the repackaging forms and provide regular support to ensure approval of the forms according to the procedure.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

Ongoing university studies - Faculty of Medicine, pharmacy, chemistry, biology or biochemistry
-
Native Romanian and fluent English language knowledge.

IT competencies.
-
Analytical skills and ability to plan.
Preferred Qualifications:

Very good communication and presentation skills.

Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
