The Quality Control staff at the PEPSI plant is responsible for ensuring that beverages produced meet PepsiCo quality, safety, and hygiene standards. The role involves checking raw materials, water quality, syrup preparation, bottle cleanliness, filling accuracy, sealing, labeling, and finished product quality on the production line.
The QC personnel regularly conduct visual inspections, basic tests, and monitoring of critical control points during production. Any defects, contamination risks, or deviations from standards are immediately reported to supervisors to prevent quality issues.
The role also includes maintaining cleanliness in the production area, following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). By ensuring consistent product quality and safety, the Quality Control staff supports customer trust and brand reputation.
