Provide patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a clinic setting. Duties include patient intake, vitals, injections and medication administration, phlebotomy, assisting providers with exams and minor procedures, documentation in EMR, scheduling, referrals, inventory management, and maintaining a safe clinical environment while supporting provider and clinic operations.

Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.

Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting: collect medical histories, take vitals, perform phlebotomy, administer injections/medications, assist providers with exams and minor procedures, maintain accurate medical records and EMR entries, manage supplies, schedule tests/referrals, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Triage and coordinate telehealth encounters via text/phone/video/email: perform intake, confirm identity, schedule, chart, refer, set tasks, and maintain secure medical records while supporting providers and ensuring patient-centered communication.

Provide relationship-driven virtual primary and urgent care via text, phone, and video. Manage a patient panel, diagnose and treat acute conditions, prescribe medications electronically, coordinate referrals and follow-up on labs/imaging, and communicate securely with other providers to ensure continuity of care.
