Lead and operationalize ICM-driven clinic workflows—including inbound/outbound outreach, scheduling, referrals, and call center—building staffing models, dashboards, and playbooks to drive engagement, quality, and cost outcomes. Manage and develop teams, align clinic capacity with outreach, drive cross-functional change, and report to executive leadership.

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across assigned sites, including staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, EMR and supply management, and compliance with HIPAA and legal standards. Recruit and evaluate clinical staff, perform quarterly site visits, develop client relationships, monitor patient throughput and satisfaction, lead improvement projects, support new clinic openings, and provide urgent clinical coverage and training as needed.

Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.

Provide executive leadership for multiple onsite primary care clinics, overseeing operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff development, client relationships, and reporting. Drive regional strategy, optimize clinical workflows, enforce policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve outcomes and client satisfaction.
