Provide patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a clinic setting. Duties include patient intake, vitals, injections and medication administration, phlebotomy, assisting providers with exams and minor procedures, documentation in EMR, scheduling, referrals, inventory management, and maintaining a safe clinical environment while supporting provider and clinic operations.

Support talent acquisition by conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS data, managing job postings, communicating with candidates, preparing interview materials, and assisting onboarding.

Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical operations across assigned clinics, manage staff scheduling, payroll, EMR and supplies, ensure HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care, recruit and evaluate clinical staff, maintain budgets, build client relationships, drive performance improvements, and travel to sites for oversight and urgent coverage.

Manage daily clinical operations across assigned clinics, including staffing, scheduling, payroll accuracy, EMR and supply management, client relationships, quality and compliance (HIPAA/DOH), performance improvement, recruitment, training, clinic openings, and patient satisfaction resolution.

Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.

Lead clinical operations for assigned clinics, manage staffing and scheduling, ensure payroll accuracy, oversee EMR and supply management, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations, support clinic openings and performance improvement, monitor patient throughput and satisfaction, recruit and evaluate clinical staff, and provide on-site support and urgent coverage as needed.

Lead and operationalize ICM-driven clinic workflows—including inbound/outbound outreach, scheduling, referrals, and call center—building staffing models, dashboards, and playbooks to drive engagement, quality, and cost outcomes. Manage and develop teams, align clinic capacity with outreach, drive cross-functional change, and report to executive leadership.

Lead clinical operations across assigned clinics: manage staff scheduling and supervision, ensure payroll accuracy, maintain client relationships, monitor patient throughput and satisfaction, oversee EMR and compliance (HIPAA), support openings and training, manage budgets, and provide occasional urgent clinical coverage.

Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting: collect medical histories, take vitals, perform phlebotomy, administer injections/medications, assist providers with exams and minor procedures, maintain accurate medical records and EMR entries, manage supplies, schedule tests/referrals, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide relationship-driven virtual primary and urgent care via text, phone, and video. Manage a patient panel, diagnose and treat acute conditions, prescribe medications electronically, coordinate referrals and follow-up on labs/imaging, and communicate securely with other providers to ensure continuity of care.
