Job Summary
The Remote Provider Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers across assigned regions. This role sources, evaluates, and coordinates candidates for placement in employed and affiliated provider roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and recruitment standards. The Provider Recruiter collaborates with operational and clinical leaders to support timely hiring, maintains candidate pipelines, and facilitates a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding transition.
Essential Functions
- Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for provider roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Sources candidates through a variety of channels, including direct outreach, job boards, residency programs, and professional networks.
- Screens and evaluates candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Coordinates interviews and facilitates communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate information within applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Develops and maintains candidate pipelines for current and future provider hiring needs.
- Coordinates site visits, including scheduling interviews, facility tours, and community experiences for candidates.
- Collaborates with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to support recruitment planning and hiring decisions.
- Assists with offer preparation and supports communication of compensation and employment details to candidates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in provider recruitment, healthcare recruiting, or related field required
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes required

- Knowledge of provider recruitment processes and healthcare workforce dynamics.
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and facilitate hiring decisions.
