Our client in the retail sector is seeking to recruit a Project Sales Executive to drive sales of tiles and sanitary ware products within the real estate market. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and supporting sales growth across real estate projects. The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing sales proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets for real estate projects.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.



RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.

  • Must be located in Ghana.

  • Experience in client relationship management will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in market research and customer needs analysis.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of bathroom, tile design, and sanitary ware products is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.



Skills Required
