If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
We are looking for a new Project Manager employee to be based in Bielsko Biala (Poland)
Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate industrial projects within a manufacturing environment (electrical distribution systems for critical infrastructure such as data centers). The role covers both project preparation and execution phases, with strong customer interaction and financial accountability.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Project Manager with experience in manufacturing/industrial projects, capable of managing multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and complex product configurations.
What a typical day looks like:
· Lead project from preparation phase (budgeting, planning, specification) through execution
· Analyze customer requirements and align them with company capabilities
· Coordinate project team activities and ensure delivery targets are met
· Monitor and control project budget and financial performance
· Manage project changes and risks
· Maintain direct communication with the customer
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
· BSC degree, preferably in a technical field (engineering, manufacturing, etc.)
· Business fluent English & Polish language knowledge, any other language is considered as a strong asset
· 3 years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment
· Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle - planning, budgetting, execution, delivery, cost control, site works
· Experience with multidisciplinary team coordination & in project change management
· Customer-facing experience and handling client requirements
· Ability to manage multiple projects paralelly & also to work in fast-paced project environments
· Excellent communication, negotiation & organization skills
· Eligibility to work in Poland (EU).
Nice-to-have (Preferred):
· Experience in on-site coordination / commissioning / installation
· Experience in electrical systems, switchgear, or data center infrastructure
· Experience in international project environments
