StellenbeschreibungDie Position kann wahlweise an unseren Standorten in Hamburg oder Braunschweig besetzt werden. Wir suchen einen Projektmanager (m/w/d), der Freude an der Steuerung anspruchsvoller und komplexer Hochbauprojekte im Industriebau mitbringt.
- Als Teil eines Projektteams beraten Sie unsere namhaften und internationalen Auftraggeber bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung komplexer Neu- und Umbauprojekte von z.B. Lagerhallen, Logistikzentren, Pharmaziebauten oder anderen Gebäuden aus dem Bereich Hitech-& Manufacturing.
- Sie steuern Projekte unterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität; hierzu gehören u.a die Projektorganisation, die Projektzielsetzung, die Projektsteuerung sowie die Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts.
- Dabei behalten Sie jederzeit die Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten im Blick und streben nach Prozessverbesserungen.
- In Ihrer Schnittstellenfunktion fördern sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den externen Planungsteams während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit.
- Sie haben ihr immobilienbezogenes oder technisches Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie verfügen über min. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung für komplexe Hochbauprojekte, insbesondere Industriebauprojekte.
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Ihre Fähigkeit zu analytischem und vernetztem Denken und Ihre teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit und verfügen über sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und MS Project.
- Sie sind bereit zu reisen und haben Freude daran, regelmäßig drei bis fünf Tage pro Woche auf der Baustelle bei unseren Kunden tätig zu sein.

Skills Required
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management/project control for complex building projects, especially industrial construction
- Experience managing cost, schedule and quality control on construction projects
- Strong analytical, conceptual and team-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Very good user skills in MS Office and MS Project
- Willingness to travel and work on construction sites regularly (3-5 days per week)
