StellenbeschreibungDie Position kann wahlweise an unseren Standorten in Berlin oder Braunschweig besetzt werden. Wir suchen einen Junior Projektmanager (m/w/d), der Freude an der Steuerung anspruchsvoller und komplexer Hochbauprojekte im Industriebau mitbringt.
- Als Teil eines Projektteams beraten Sie unsere namhaften und internationalen Auftraggeber bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung komplexer Neu- und Umbauprojekte von z.B. Lagerhallen, Logistikzentren, Pharmaziebauten oder anderen Gebäuden aus dem Bereich Hitech-& Manufacturing.
- Sie steuern aktiv Kosten, Termine sowie Qualitäten und übernehmen Stück für Stück mehr Verantwortung in Ihren (Teil-)Projekten.
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Projektplänen, der Betreuung des Projektfortschrittes und der Dokumentation mit.
- Sie sind ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner und Berater und fördern eine gute und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den Planungsteams.
- Sie haben Ihr Studium mit bautechnischem Bezug, z.B Bauingenierwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen etc. erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder werden es in Kürze abschließen.
- Sie konnten bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement von Hochbauprojekten sammeln.
- Sie sind kompetent im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Eine selbstständige, detaillierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus; zudem verfügen Sie über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.
- Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit und haben Spaß daran, in multikulturellen Teams zu arbeiten.

Skills Required
- Degree in a construction-related field (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering) or imminent completion
- Initial practical experience in project management of building construction projects
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent, detailed and careful working style with strong technical understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; experience working in multicultural teams
