Responsible for defining, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase quality, reduce cost, and ensure delivery. Troubleshoots process failures, leads equipment purchases and installations, establishes process control and documentation, supports production transfers, provides training, and leads continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and layouts; analyze equipment failures; support equipment validation, GMP compliance, PFMEA and control plan development; write work instructions; coordinate with production and customers to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals; apply statistical methods and simulations for continuous improvement.

Lead production teams on a rotating shift, coach and train operators, coordinate resources, monitor quality and material issues, report downtime, support process improvements, and manage production communication and tracking.

Manage supplier transactional interactions, maintain and update vendor master records and new vendor setups, resolve pricing and commercial terms with suppliers and buyer groups, and produce timely reports and analyses for stakeholders.

Support plant safety and environmental compliance by inspecting equipment and facilities, auditing units, conducting air quality tests and accident investigations, implementing EHS KPIs, delivering safety training, administering workers' compensation and OSHA logs, interfacing with vendors/contractors, and ensuring compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations in a medical device manufacturing setting.

Design and build intelligent web applications, develop and deploy machine learning models to production, support and monitor model/application performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders through the full data-to-deployment lifecycle.

Support production by developing and improving assembly processes, driving schedules, troubleshooting machines, monitoring equipment performance, assisting with minor repairs, maintaining documentation (MPIs), ensuring quality through spot checks, and supporting ISO and safety compliance.

Ensure product and process quality for electronics/automotive manufacturing: drive corrective actions, audits, SPC, FMEA/QCP, PPAP/NPI, customer communications, and sustaining process ownership.

Develops, implements, and monitors environmental health and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Conducts plant inspections, equipment and ergonomics reviews, air quality testing, accident investigations, safety training, audits, OSHA 300 log and workers' compensation administration, and coordinates with vendors and contractors on safety matters.

Lead and manage product assurance programs to prevent defects in electronic manufacturing (PCBA/SMT/assembly/testing). Interface with customers and suppliers, manage audits, drive corrective/preventive actions, KPI analysis, and coordinate cross-functional quality activities and policy.

Manage the Tool Room department, oversee tooling requisitions, maintain production molds, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality.

Lead and maintain quality systems, drive continuous improvement (8D, FMEA, SPC), manage customer quality interfaces, audits, corrective actions, product/process/equipment qualifications, and support sustaining processes for electronics/automotive manufacturing.

Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities including placing and modifying purchase orders, tracking shipments, inventory and MRP review, resolving claims, approving invoices, maintaining procurement records, and conducting supplier reviews to ensure timely, cost-effective material availability for production.

Ensure product and process quality for electronics/automotive manufacturing: lead corrective actions, audits, qualifications (product/process/equipment), sustainment, customer communication, weekly quality reporting, and continuous improvement using FMEA/QCP/SPC and problem-solving methods.

Lead and maintain quality engineering programs, design inspection and testing methods, analyze defects, initiate corrective actions, support audits and regulatory liaison, train staff, and collaborate with product and quality teams to ensure product and process compliance.

Process and manage customer orders, enter and track orders in ERP, coordinate with supply chain and sales, resolve order issues, and maintain order documentation to ensure timely fulfillment.

Manage supplier relationships, place and modify purchase orders based on production needs, track shipments and inventory, handle freight/warehouse coordination and claims, approve invoices, maintain procurement records and metrics, conduct supplier reviews, and ensure timely supply of components using ERP and office tools.

Lead development and deployment of automated test equipment (ATE) and test platforms for AI server power products. Define test architecture, hardware/software specs, validation plans, drive test automation and MES integration, support NPI and production ramp, manage equipment lifecycle, optimize cost and OEE, and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and vendors.

Design and configure test equipment and fixtures, perform debugging and production troubleshooting, collect and analyze test data, prepare DFT/CPK/PFMEA and other quality reports, support new project transfers and quotations, train technicians, and provide overseas support as requested.

Develop and maintain full-stack Java web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, translate requirements into technical tasks, implement backend and frontend features, optimize database queries, and deploy to WebLogic/JBoss environments.
