Conducts plant inspections, Gemba walks, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, air quality tests, training, and workers' compensation and OSHA recordkeeping to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe workplace.

Designs, implements, and maintains functional test hardware and software. Develops test programs (Python, LabVIEW, Perl), instrument drivers, test plans, diagnostics, and KPIs. Coordinates third-party test development, quotes, and performs DFT and failure analysis to support NPI.
