Lead development and management of product assurance programs to prevent defects. Establish quality policies, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage audits and regulatory compliance, interface with customers and vendors, review technical problems, recommend corrective actions, and oversee inspection, testing, and manufacturing quality processes.

Support assigned accounts as the customer interface for strategic materials: drive sourcing/pricing strategies, manage component cost/price, implement pricing/costing and supply assurance plans, track materials financial performance, coordinate sourcing with Supply Management and customers, and increase VMI and EDI adoption.

Direct shift production operations to meet volume, quality, cost, and safety goals. Lead and coach operators and engineers, troubleshoot issues, prioritize schedules, drive process improvements, support budgets, and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.

The Senior Analyst - Planning will process purchase orders, audit data accuracy, prepare reports, and improve metric tracking while managing inventory and supply chain responsibilities.

Support supplier quality through validation audits, APQP/PPAP, root cause analysis, corrective action verification, supplier process improvement, and audit readiness. Monitor supplier performance and coordinate cost recovery and special quality projects.

Support program management activities including coordinating reports, tracking metrics, driving action items, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, handling confidential data, using ERP and office tools, and supporting customer-focused teams through new product introduction and lifecycle stages.

Support ECO and NPI processes: create part numbers, manage BOM and AVL in Agile and Baan, create/review/route ECOs, coordinate with engineering and materials teams, release parts to production, respond to stakeholders, and meet process metrics. Night shift required.

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCBA and NPI. Troubleshoot production issues, lead process transfers, specify capital equipment, define process controls, perform statistical process work, train production staff, and maintain process documentation to improve quality, cost, and delivery.

Lead and maintain company quality policy and programs, manage product assurance, vendor quality, customer and regulatory audits, resolve quality issues, oversee RMA process, coordinate with management and engineers to meet KPIs like yield and cost of poor quality.

Manage R&D product development projects for power modules: plan, lead cross-functional teams (R&D, NPI, Sourcing), control quality, budget and schedule, run project meetings, mitigate risks, and improve development processes.

Conduct and maintain electronic/electromechanical test and burn-in processes to ensure production quality. Troubleshoot and debug systems, analyze yield and quality data, support NPI, configure firmware and build software per unit, assist test equipment development, and coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.

Support production by attending stoppages, performing setups, parameter adjustments and validations. Monitor process parameters, perform visual/dimensional inspections, document results, and support Lean/5S initiatives. Provide basic tool/fixture maintenance, assist in minor changes, failure analysis, audits, PPE use, containments and rework.

Quality Technician responsible for NPI release tracking, BOM checks, traceability system validation, yield monitoring, line stoppage support, discrepant material purges, and root cause analysis. Works with SMT processes, IPC testing, component measurement, and LCR equipment. Shift availability required.
