Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to work on Central Finance implementation. This role requires deep expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery of workstreams under Central Finance program, from planning through execution and hypercare
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, business stakeholders, and external system integrators
- Drive governance structures, including steering committees, status reporting, and risk management frameworks
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure appropriate review with GPOs to ensure alignment with SAP CFIN best practices and organizational standards
- Oversee data migration strategy, system integration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning for specific workstreams
- Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable for deliverables and timelines
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance policies for specific workstreams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6 years of project management experience, ideally leading SAP transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with Central Finance (CFIN) implementations preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing global, multi-country deployments
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
