We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Project Manager (Civil) to lead end-to-end construction site operations for large-scale real estate projects. This role involves overseeing site execution, ensuring quality standards, managing manpower, and driving timely project completion within budget and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will act as the on-ground leader responsible for coordinating across contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. You will play a critical role in maintaining construction quality, site discipline, safety compliance, and project progress tracking while resolving execution challenges in real time. This position requires strong leadership, technical civil engineering expertise, and the ability to manage complex site environments with multiple stakeholders.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise day-to-day construction site activities from execution to completion.
  • Manage manpower planning, allocation, and supervision across site operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify execution gaps.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Oversee site execution schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Monitor material usage, site productivity, and workforce efficiency.
  • Resolve on-site technical and execution issues in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and contractual obligations at the site.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking updates.
  • Support contract management, billing verification, and vendor coordination.
