RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete execution of high-rise building projects from start to finish.
- Manage RCC, finishing works, MEP systems, façade, and coordinate with contractors.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead site teams and maintain coordination with consultants and clients.
- Execution of high-rise building projects
- Experience with MIVAN/Aluminium formwork systems
- Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project
- Expertise in billing and cost control
- Knowledge of QA/QC and safety management
Proven experience in residential or commercial tower projects exceeding 15 floors.
