Project Manager - Manufacturing
Blue Yonder is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager (Demand, Supply and TMS) to lead the implementation of Blue Yonder solutions for enterprise clients. This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end delivery, working closely with customers, internal teams and Delivery Partners (DP) to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder solutions (Demand, Supply and TMS) for enterprise clients
- Coordinate activities across client teams, internal stakeholders and Delivery Partners (DP)
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful delivery
- Own project financials, including budget management and margin tracking
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget while meeting margin expectations
- Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and timely escalations
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and regular project governance meetings
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and solution delivery
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Support resource planning and coordination across distributed teams
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with partners
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery coordination or similar roles
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects, including ownership of budget and margin
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or enterprise software environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with external partners and distributed teams
- Experience managing change requests and scope evolution in client projects
