Troubleshoots SSO, OAuth/OIDC, tokens, RBAC, API gateways, Kafka, browser applications, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. Supports SaaS customers by deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and securing cloud-based microservices in Azure and other cloud environments. Resolves support cases, maintains SLAs, automates CI/CD pipelines, performs upgrades, investigates root causes, and coordinates with engineering and security teams. The role also develops skills in databases, scripting, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, application monitoring, and ITIL processes while contributing to knowledge sharing and operational improvements.

Owns the architecture of large-scale supply chain solutions using the ONE RTVN platform.
