Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Private Banking division. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, drive business transformation, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across global teams in a highly dynamic and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Private Banking business area.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of blockers.
- Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present status updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investment Banking environments.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with regulatory, risk, or compliance-related initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and banking technology platforms.
- Experience working in an international banking environment.
