The role of a Project Manager is to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment.

Our Project Managers use our internal tools and processes to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom market research projects with a project duration typically between 24 hours to one month

· Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment

· Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and services

· Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as Survey Programming and Sales), and vendors (such as translators, etc.)

· Tasks may include:

o Testing online survey links

o Sampling

o Setting-up and monitoring reports to evaluate key project metrics

o Ensuring quality measures are followed

o Updating clients regularly on project progress

o Ensuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines

· Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner

· Effectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team

· Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies

· Other duties as assigned

 

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

· Is able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels

· Adept with technology and tools

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and trouble shoot a range of issues in high-pressure situations

· Identifies issues, leads troubleshooting endeavors, and escalates when efforts have been exhausted

· Can clearly and effectively communicate project metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining to hand offs to colleagues

EXPERIENCE

· Account or Project Management experience is beneficial

· Experience in market research strongly desired

· Experience in a customer service environment desired
