This position reports to:
IS Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
The work model for the role is: Onsite/Hybrid (no remote)
This role is contributing to the IS Services. Main stakeholders are BA CIOs, BA Infra Leads, Division IS Managers, Head of T&P, Various Service Owners, etc.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- In this role, you will lead large‑scale IS Observability initiatives like Future Network Model (FNM), Future Hosting Model (FHM) transformation from supplier based (earlier) outsourced model to in-house model, Cloud Observability, and related programs. You will define project strategy, select delivery methodology (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), and drive execution across global teams. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver IS project outcomes within agreed scope, timelines, cost, and quality. You will communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensure alignment across Architecture, Operations, SIAM/NOC, Vendors, and Service Owners, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Defining project scope, plans, financials, RAID, and governance documentation.
- Assessing risks, dependencies, resourcing, and contingency needs early in the lifecycle.
- Monitoring and controlling budgets, spend, invoicing, and forecasting.
- Leading steering forums, preparing status reports, and ensuring business value realization.
- Driving delivery of key Observability outcomes: FNM requirements & POCs, FHM CheckMK rollout, ThousandEyes deployments, Cloud monitoring strategy, dashboards & diagnostics enhancements, and cross‑platform integrations.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- 12–18 years of experience managing complex IS/IT infrastructure, network, or cloud projects.
- Preferred basic knowledge/awareness of observability concepts and tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, CheckMK, ThousandEyes, OpenText, AIOps/Event Management) and strong knowledge on Project Management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑vendor, multi‑region delivery in hybrid‑agile environments.
- Experience in working with global team and stakeholders.
- Skilled in project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
