ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst with French to support business analysis and project delivery activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop analytical, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills while working in an international banking environment.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to support requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support gathering and documentation of business requirements (BRDs, user stories, process flows).
- Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support translation of business needs into functional specifications.
- Maintain requirements traceability and documentation.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and coordination of project activities.
- Support preparation of project plans, timelines, and status updates.
- Monitor task progress and follow up on action items.
- Support risk and issue tracking, escalation where needed.
- Ensure alignment with project governance and delivery standards.
- Act as a coordination point between business, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Support preparation of meeting materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Facilitate communication to ensure clarity of requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation (status reports, RAID logs, documentation repositories).
- Prepare regular project updates for stakeholders.
- Support creation of presentations and reporting materials.
- Fluency in French (B2/C1+) and English
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, IT, or related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- First experience or internship in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Project Support in banking domain
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Understanding of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN)
