Project Manager - Infrastructure, Workplace, Security & IT Service Management
(Viby J / Aarhus)
Drive execution on business-critical IT transformationSTARK Group IT is undergoing a structural modernization of infrastructure, digital workplace, and IT service management across Europe. These are complex initiatives with multiple dependencies and high business visibility, requiring clear direction and strong execution.
We are looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of delivery. A profile who not only creates structure and clarity but also drives progress and ensures that projects are successfully delivered end-to-end – even when organization, technology, and stakeholders pull in different directions.
Role – responsibility, delivery and impactYou will drive projects from planning through to operations and be accountable for both progress and outcomes. This means actively working with structure, governance, and stakeholder alignment, while ensuring that solutions do not stop at implementation but are fully embedded and working in practice.
The role spans infrastructure, digital workplace, security, and ITSM, where complexity is high and dependencies across teams and suppliers are part of the everyday reality. The role requires more than just cross-functional awareness – you must be able to turn complexity into execution and deliver results.
You set the direction from the outset, defining clear scope, milestones, and dependencies, and you maintain momentum to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality.
In practice, you will succeed by:
- Driving projects end-to-end – from planning to stable operations
- Ensuring progress while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
- Translating technical initiatives into tangible deliverables with clear business value
- Implementing ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB) so they work in practice
- Embedding security and compliance as an integral part of delivery
- Ensuring a structured transition to operations with clear ownership and service readiness
You will join an organization where key foundations are still being built. This means your projects will not only create progress in the short term – they will help define how we work with infrastructure, workplace, security, and ITSM across STARK Group going forward.
What you bring and how you workYou have experience driving larger IT projects in complex environments and are comfortable operating across multiple technical domains. You naturally work at the intersection of infrastructure, workplace, and security, and you have a solid understanding of how IT Service Management works in practice – ideally supported by experience with ServiceNow.
You are comfortable working in a multi-vendor setup where responsibilities are shared, and where progress depends on structure, clarity, and continuous follow-up. At the same time, you bring experience from enterprise environments where governance is a prerequisite – not an afterthought.
What truly sets you apart is how you work: you create clarity in complexity and maintain focus on progress, even when conditions change. You communicate clearly and can bridge technical and business perspectives, while taking ownership of the overall delivery.
In practice, this means that you:
- Structure projects and set clear direction from the outset
- Follow through and ensure sustained progress
- Communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders
- Take a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach
- Balance standardization with what works in practice
Ultimately, it is not about methodology – but about your ability to get things done.
