DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
As an Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the programmatic and CTV advertising process, focusing primarily on deal intake and campaign setup. You will work closely with sales, account management, and cross functional teams to ensure deals are accurately captured and executed, facilitating smooth campaign launches.
Key duties include:
- Managing deal intake processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting campaign setup and trafficking with a foundational understanding of programmatic and CTV advertising
- Collaborating with sales, account managers, and cross functional teams to ensure deal requirements are met
- Assisting with campaign monitoring and reporting to support optimization efforts
- Maintaining clear and organized communication with internal teams and clients regarding deal statuses and campaign progress
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Foundational understanding of programmatic and CTV advertising concepts
- Experience with deal intake, and campaign trafficking preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data entry/management
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM and Order Management Systems
- Experience working in advertising, media sales, or related fields

The base pay for this position generally is between
$55,000.00 and $80,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
