組織概要

Salesforceの公共ビジネス事業開発本部(Public Sector Business Development: PSBD)は、公共のお客様がSalesforceプラットフォームを最大限に活用し、組織目標を達成できるよう、各部門と連携し、公共領域(中央省庁、地方自治体、非営利団体、など)における事業開発プランの立案およびその実行を担当しています。

職務概要

本ポジションは、 PSBD本部において、公共ビジネスの戦略立案と案件獲得を推進するための中核となる、お客様やお客様のプロジェクトに関する情報のAIを通した利活用を進めることを目的としています。公共領域は非構造化情報が溢れており、これらの情報の収集および利活用が急務である一方で、AIを通してマニュアルのデータ収集と活用を超えた次世代のデータの利活用を目指しています。 公共領域におけるビジネス開発には、お客様情報の収集とデータの利活用が必須であり、セールスフォースの公共ビジネス拡大に貢献する重要な役割となります。

主な役割と責任

本部長および担当の指示に基づき、主に以下の業務を遂行していただく予定です。

  • 公共機関に所属する見込み顧客情報、公共機関の政策・施策情報の収集の自動化

  • 収集した情報のクレンジングと分析

  • 生成された情報のAIへの接続と戦略情報の抽出

必須スキルと経験

  • 指示理解・業務遂行能力:与えられた指示を正確に理解し、自律的に業務を遂行できる方。

  • AIの利活用を可能とした経験

  • 構造化データ、非構造化データの管理と分析、AIへの接続を可能とした経験

  • タスク・スケジュール管理能力:タスクを整理し、複数のプロジェクトやミーティングを効率的に管理する能力。

  • 情報収集能力:Pythonなどを用いてウェブ上の情報を自動で収集し、とりまとめる能力。

  • コミュニケーション能力:関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方。

  • ITツール活用能力:Microsoft Office Suite、Google Workspaceなどの一般的なツールに加え、一般的なタスク管理ツール(例:Notion、Asana、Trelloなど)の使用経験がある方。

  • 日本語のスキル(流暢)

望ましい条件

  • 電話やメールによるお客様とのコミュニケーション経験

  • AIを活用した業務効率化の経験

  • 論理的で分かりやすい資料や議事録を作成する能力。

  • プロジェクトマネジメント、または業務改善に関する実務経験。

  • (補足) お客様に対する直接的な支援業務は行う予定はありません。

  • 新しいテクノロジーを学習し業務に適用することを積極的に取りくめること。
