本ポジションでは、総務・オフィス業務全般、安全衛生、ビジネス支援、プロジェクト管理まで、幅広い責務を担っていただきます。
また、東京オフィスに在籍するBGESジャパンのマネージャーにレポートしていただきます。
主な業務:
オフィスにおける総務全般業務をご担当いただきます。以下が主な業務となりますが、その他業務をご担当いただく場合もあります。
  • オフィス全般業務、総務、東京オフィスの安全衛生(安全・安心とコンプライアンスを遵守した運営の徹底)に関する業務。加えて、社内の規定、要領、基準にもとづき、名古屋オフィスおよびそのボーイングジャパンの他拠点のサポート。
  • BGESの高品質なサービスを正確に提供。
  • 事業部門や主要関係者に対するビジネスサポート。
  • 人事、税務、IT、経理、サプライチェーンなどの社内関連部門と連携し、各種活動の調整、優先順位のすり合わせを行い、タスクを期限内に完了。
  • 法令を遵守して、購買申請、請求書、支払い処理に対応。
  • 社内のBGESチームや各部門と協力し、業務プロセスの改善機会や自動化の機会を特定し導入する。
  • 事業継続性・火災や災害といった緊急時対応計画の作成と実行
  • 法人運営に関する継続的なコンプライアンス業務(登記、各種ライセンス、許認可など)
  • 不動産およびプロジェクトチームと連携し、担当する設備関連プロジェクトを遂行する
  • BGESジャパンのマネージャーと連携し、月次事業報告、オペレーション分析、KPIの準備をサポートする。
  • アジア太平洋地域のBGESサステナビリティ担当者と連携し、ボーイングジャパンの職場におけるサステナビリティの取組を担当する。

求められるスキル(必須スキル・経験):
  • オフィス業務や国内コンプライアンス関連業務の管理と実行経験:3~4年
  • 社内外の関係者へのビジネスサポート経験:3~4年
  • 複雑な多文化環境において、各種リーダー層と連携しながらビジネスパートナーとして役割を担い、ステークホルダーマネジメントを行った経験:3~4年

Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist - at Boeing Japan KK (BJKK) in Tokyo
This role is full-time permanent. It requires working from the office on daily basis, with some flexibility allowed at the BGES manager's discretion.
Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is a highly diversified team of 200+ employees internationally, providing safe, secure, sustainable and compliant workplace operations, facilities management and business support services to 100+ non-USA locations in 40+ countries. Our BGES team works in close collaboration and partnership with all the enterprise functions, business units, employees and key stakeholders to deliver a global capability.
Join us as a member of BGES team in Japan, one of Boeing's top global markets. BJKK's business activities include sales and services for commercial airplanes and defense products, heavy industries supply chain management, advanced technology R&D, and airplane structure delivery operations.
This unique role provides you with an exciting opportunity to interact and work closely with colleagues in Asia-Pac region, provides you an exposure to work in diverse and matrix organization, working with a 'global' company, learn different areas of workplace operations, business support, process improvements and compliance, along with high exposure with Boeing Japan's senior leadership team.
In this role, you will be responsible for general affairs, workplace operations, safety & security compliance, business support, and project management.
The Business Operations Specialist reports directly to the BGES Japan manager in Tokyo.
Position Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Manage end-to-end workplace operations, general affairs, and safety & security compliance at the Tokyo office-ensuring safe, secure, and compliant operations-while providing support to the Nagoya office and other Boeing Japan sites, in accordance with established policies, processes and standards.
  • Deliver BGES services with excellence and first-time quality.
  • Provide business support to business units and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR, Tax, IT, Accounting, Supply Chain and other internal functions to coordinate activities, align priorities, and ensure timely execution of shared deliverables
  • Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and payments in a compliant manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvement and process automation opportunities by partnering with internal BGES team and/or functional partners
  • Support business continuity and emergency planning/response (fire, natural disaster, etc.).
  • Coordinate and support ongoing entity compliance tasks (registrations, licenses, permits etc.)
  • Partner with real estate and project team to deliver assigned facilities projects
  • Assist in preparation of monthly BPR (Business Performance Report), operations analysis, and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) by working alongside Japan BGES manager
  • Act as Japan's workplace sustainability focal, by partnering with BGES sustainability focal for other countries in APAC region

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 3-4 years' experience managing and executing office operations and related in-country compliance.
  • 3-4 years' experience providing business support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • 3-4 years' experience in business partnering and stakeholder management across leadership levels in complex, multicultural environments.
  • 2-3 years' experience and knowledge of entity-related compliance, reporting, accounting, and tax.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Background in Corporate General Affairs, facilities management, service management, event management, sales assistance, or related roles.
  • Experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent Japanese and Business-level / Intermediate English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business acumen and stakeholder management.
  • Communicating articulately with executive leadership team
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Self-starter with proven teamwork skills.
