You will join the Product & Data Analytic team, responsible for shaping how customers experience the program and how partners use it to achieve their business goals.
The team works closely with banks, fintechs, merchants, and internal Mastercard teams to continuously improve customer engagement, program attractiveness, and overall value.The Role
We are looking for a Program Management Specialist to support customer engagement initiatives within the Bezcenne Chwile program.
This role is well suited for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, communicating with different stakeholders, and contributing ideas that improve customer loyalty and engagement.
Your Responsibilities
You will:• Support customer engagement initiatives by providing data driven insights and analyses that help improve program performance• Ensuring effective support with the merchant team through data driven analyses and reporting like pre sale and post sale analytics• Support in initiatives and taking ownership of their implementation and coordination to increase program effectiveness.• Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, marketing and account management• Collaboration with Customer Technical Services and the Call Center
