What you'll do...
The Program Management Champ is responsible for driving cross-functional teams to achieve Program delivery with the use of relevant product/program and cost knowledge, communication, people skills, and process expertise. He will be responsible for developing a new IA take rate tool that will take the cost reduction actions analysis to the next level by reducing time and ensuring commodities impacted. Additionally, he will oversee an NVH (Noise) analysis for C2 product searching for new TVM action compared to other programs within the company.
Responsibilities- Manage of TVM (cost reductions actions) and minor/micro programs Launches and engineering change implementations.
- Analyze and follow up Cost Reduction actions on High Aging status. Consolidate plans and support engineering information for items not progressing in the program.
- Generate a new IA tool for taking rate analysis using current program management tools.
- Automatize TVM tracking with new tools such as copilot or IA.
- Assign lead Design and release engineering to new C2 (bronco and maverick) cost reduction actions.
- Support on physical review events for cost reductions ideas at GTBC.
- Lead management meetings minutes for C2 program team.
You'll have...
Education: On going bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial / Mechatronics / Computer Science Engineering.
Experience: IA expertise, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office management (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Licenses and Certifications: English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking).
Work Requirements: Highly organized and disciplined with practical time management skills, Teamwork & interpersonal skills to build relationships between program teams, marketing and vehicle operations, Written and oral communication skills.
