Lead Ford Racing’s social media content creation, curation, and real-time event coverage. Track channel performance and engagement, identify trends, develop social initiatives, guide agency partners, and collaborate with engineering, communications, marketing, design, licensing, dealers, and global teams. Build relationships with motorsports partners and support strategy across major social platforms, including race-event evenings and weekends.

Oversee manufacturing maintenance operations, skilled trades, production controls, automation, robotics, and equipment readiness. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance, controls programming changes, vendor and contractor oversight, safety compliance, and downtime reduction.
