Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, manage integration workstreams, testing, cutover, hypercare, and governance to ensure secure, scalable interfaces.

Designs, programs, installs, and troubleshoots automated manufacturing equipment with emphasis on industrial vision, PLCs, robotics, and controls. Ensures compliance to Ford Production and Safety/Quality Operating Systems, runs equipment validation, captures lessons learned, interfaces with IT, and leads process design, FMEAs, and training to achieve flow, safety, and zero defects.

Lead resolution of employee and labor relations issues, design SOPs and performance management protocols, advise leaders on investigations, disputes, and collective bargaining, develop training and communications, drive employee relations projects and continuous improvement, and represent the organization with regulators and external partners to maintain compliant, fair, and motivated workplaces.

Lead end-to-end integration, validation, and release readiness for IVI software across embedded platforms and vehicle ECUs. Build automated test coverage, design and maintain test benches and instrumentation, diagnose complex software/hardware issues, and work cross-functionally to validate power-state, sleep-wake, recovery, and system-level behaviors for vehicle infotainment.

Lead design, development, and operation of large-scale, cloud-native microservices and platform components for connected vehicles. Own end-to-end delivery, reliability, observability, incident response, and architectural direction while mentoring engineers and partnering with product and cross-platform teams.

Lead product strategy and end-to-end delivery for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and vehicle scheduling applications. Own roadmap, requirements, agile backlog (JIRA), project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Own the product lifecycle for data access, privacy, and governance platforms. Translate legal/regulatory mandates into scalable features, write BRDs/PRDs, prioritize backlogs, run Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, lead cloud migrations and architectural reviews, and drive secure, automated data access on GCP to ensure compliance and platform scalability.

Lead and mentor a team of Feature Systems Engineers for Power Enclosure features across vehicle programs. Own technical strategy, translate requirements into architecture, ensure cost/quality/safety/cybersecurity targets, guide MBSE and software practices, coordinate cross-functionally and with suppliers, and drive feature verification, functional safety, and production launch activities.

Define and align Fords next-generation vehicle technology strategies (ADAS or Body Systems). Partner with engineering, product, and platform teams to specify experiences, compute/sensing requirements, manage portfolio complexity, support investment planning, conduct competitive intelligence, and drive cross-functional initiatives and roadmaps to delivery.

Identify and mitigate supply-base constraints to meet production targets and launch timelines. Design, build, and scale cloud-native APIs and microservices (Spring Boot/Ktor) on GCP. Deploy containers/serverless (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run), implement CI/CD, TDD, security/static-analysis tools, observability (Splunk/GCP Logging), collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead and grow a V&V engineering team to define and execute embedded software validation strategies across unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing. Oversee automated test frameworks, test planning, quality metrics, compliance with automotive standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure traceability, safety, and timely delivery.

Lead early-warning analytics for new vehicle launches by extracting and analyzing connected vehicle data to detect DTCs and performance anomalies across IVI, BCM, and ADAS. Manage cross-functional investigations, drive automated detection tool and dashboard development, and deliver strategic reports to reduce cost and improve vehicle quality and ownership experience.

Lead end-to-end supply chain program management for assigned vehicle programs, owning Supply Chain point-of-view, driving milestone readiness, cross-functional alignment, reporting, risk assessment, and continuous improvement from pre-program planning through launch.

Lead and mentor distributed software engineering teams across Canada and Mexico to modernize platforms, improve software quality and security, drive legacy transformation, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions. Own engineering operations, CI/CD/DevOps/SRE practices, metrics, incident resolution, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration to align regional delivery with global technology strategy.

Lead and execute enterprise talent and organization development programs (career frameworks, performance management, succession planning, org design, culture change).
