Leads enterprise AI platform strategy, architecture, enablement, governance, FinOps, vendor relationships, and executive communication. Lead global supply chain strategy for the Exteriors commodity portfolio. Define sourcing, resiliency, cost, quality, and sustainability objectives; manage executive supplier relationships; drive risk mitigation, operational transformation, and value creation; develop global teams and governance to align supply chain plans with product, manufacturing, and financial priorities.

Lead a global team of ~40 engineers to design, release, and integrate 6-cylinder propulsion systems. Own program delivery, ensure designs meet verification and regulatory requirements, drive production readiness (PPAP), manage cost and sourcing, and lead quality, durability, and field issue resolution using structured problem-solving methods.

Designs, implements, maintains, and improves automation and control systems for stamping processes.
